Will a ZAPICA case fit a phone with a screen protector?
Yes for our iPhone and Galaxy cases — the raised edge leaves room for standard glass. For the waterproof case, remove existing protectors first.
Does the magnet affect my phone?
No. Phones are built to work with MagSafe-strength magnets. Keep hotel key cards away from any magnet.
Can I charge wirelessly?
Yes, with every case we make, magnetic or not.
How do I clean the frosted back?
A damp microfiber cloth with a drop of mild soap. Skip alcohol wipes on the matte coating; they can dull it over time.
Why does the color look different on my phone?
The back is translucent. Your phone's own color tints it slightly, which is part of the design.
Do you make cases for Pixel phones?
Not yet. Our pocket holds iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models today.
